Customer Service Policies:

Website Policies

1. Your annual agreement is with Lead Online and Lead Online will uphold that agreement until the end of dated agreement.
2. You may change your website at any time.
3. We strive to make website changes within 72 Business Hours. (This is not a Guarantee. If you need something changed sooner, just call and we will work hard to meet your needs.)
4. Any renewal fees must be paid within 30 days of end of dated receipt. If not paid within the 30 days, new agreement must be arranged based on current prices.
5. There is no back room for your website because Lead Online performs all maintenance at no extra charge above the website original fee or annual maintenance fee.
6. Lead Online will add any information, pictures etc. at no charge within the limits of your websites software.
7. During the first 30 days Lead Online will take website photos (Design Photos) at no charge. Lead Online will take 30 Product Photos within the first 30 days at no charge. After that if needed ($25 trip charge will apply and $2.00 per photo)
8. Website Changes can be emailed in text or photo at no charge at any time.
9. Lead Online prefers that you submit your changes via email whenever possible as this will help make your changes faster and easier.
10. Lead Online promises to keep your site visible as long as all payments are paid on time and in full. (Hosting & Server issues like, maintenance, power issues or normal break down are possible but not a regularity. “In 2006 we only had a total of 1.5 days of maintenance issues!” We feel we use the best Hosting Company in the business.
11. If for any reason you choose to terminate your service with Lead Online, then you agree to forfeit your original investment for the current term.
12. If for any reason Lead Online fails to fulfill the agreement or not meet customer satisfaction, Purchaser agrees to give Lead Online 10 business days to resolve the problem. During that time Lead Online will with all professionalism attempt to solve the problem. Any time lost in agreement of website function ability will be added to original agreement at No Charge.
13. Your domain name will always belong to your business as long as it is kept paid current. We can redirect it at any time to suit your needs.
14. Your website will be visible within two weeks. How fast it will be finished will be determined by how soon you provide all information needed to complete your site. (If you control your domain name you must redirect it to our hosting company in order for us to upload you website).
15. Lead Online prices may change at any time but not to or during an existing agreement.

17.  If within 30 days you are not happy with your website and we do not meet the guidelines stated above at any time within 30 days, We will give a complete refund. We must receive your dispute in writing and in detail within 30 days of time of purchase. If we have not meet the above claims we will refund you money within 45 days.  Please print this page and keep with your records.  

Shopping Mall Websites:

1. Full page Ad’ s may be changed once per week at No Charge.
2. All other Ad’ s may be changed once per month at No Charge.
3. Any extra changes will be $10 each. 
4. All changes must be submitted by email. You may call your changes in but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of changes. (Do not call and say "we need our ad changed" You must leave a message telling us what you want changed.) 
5. Ad changes must be submitted by Sat. 9:00am to be changed by Monday Morning before Noon.
6. Any errors on Lead Online’ s behalf will be corrected at No Charge.
7. Lead Online works very hard to make your ad correct the first time. However, mistakes do happen. When your ad is finished, proofread it and inform us of any changes and corrections. Lead Online will correct them right away.
8. All businesses agree to promote the county shopping mall in all of their forms of current advertising. The shopping mall address will be displayed in or at the place of business.
9. Example: See our ad online 24/7 at www.yourcoshoppingmall.com
10. If the advertiser has a website, the shopping mall address must be linked in that website.
11. In the unfortunate event you do not promote the County Shopping Mall as agreed, Lead Online will reserve the right to remove your ad from the website with no refund. This is not want we want but we have to be fair to all businesses promoting the County Shopping Mall Websites.

 Lead Online now guarantees the success of your ad. If your ad fails to pay for itself, Lead Online will run your ad  for 6 more months for free!

(You must show where, how and when you promoted the website to receive the extended service.)
